Kristine McCormick: Born and raised in Florida, I have strong sense of community service. I have learned that successful animal hospitals are vital to our local communities. I started out in the veterinary industry in 2002, mastering multiple positions. I became certified in veterinary practice management in 2013, and I obtained my SHRM-SCP certification in 2016. With a great deal of hard work, I proudly became co-owner of 2 animal hospitals in Florida. Now I have the opportunity to help others build their own veterinary practices. My passion is not just teaching management best-practices, it’s helping veterinary teams create an environment that allows them to live well, while living their purpose.

Paula Ferguson: Connecting with others fuels my fire! I grew up as a "military brat" and I am well-versed on the struggles of leaving everything behind and starting from scratch. This unique outlook allows me to adapt to new situations and make the most of them. I graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2006 with a BA in journalism and stumbled upon a career path in the veterinary field almost directly after. My love for communication only grew from there. What is my passion? Conflict resolution. Empowering team members to be the best version of themselves. And approaching obstacles with a positive attitude, always. Business only succeeds as a whole when your team is on the same page. It is my sincere pleasure to help your team thrive.
